Dana Sirois, the powerhouse behind children’s clothing brand Petit Mioche has always had a passion for fashion. With experience in design for Meadham Kirchoff in London, and public relations for Tommy Hilfiger, Woolrich and Gucci in Germany, one would think that Sirois’ inspiration to craft her own line would have been created from one of these outlets, but it was birthed from another source, her baby Kaya.
On a blistering cold day in New York, while searching for the perfect first outfit for her growing bundle, Sirois was discouraged at the lack of organic, ethically made, and reasonably priced baby clothes. It was then that this mommy decided that two things would be born that year, her baby girl and Petit Mioche.
Sirois is a mommy turned fashion designer that is aimed at making a difference in the children’s fashion realm. Proceeds of her line will go towards charitable work to help people in need as 5% of each sale will go directly to Circle of Health International to support mothers and children in crisis around the world.
The beautiful, hand-embroidered baby apparel line is now available for purchase by visiting online.
